2. Data Sources & Accuracy

Risk scores and analysis are generated using data from the following public sources:

• Google News RSS feeds
• SEC EDGAR filings (via public API)
• ClinicalTrials.gov (for pharmaceutical/biotech tickers)
• CourtListener (public court records)
• Yahoo Finance (options chain data, price history, fundamentals)
• Polygon.io (options chain data, IV, Greeks, price history)

This data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or misclassified. TickerRisk makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any information displayed.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TickerRisk and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of or reliance on any information provided by this platform
• Trading or investment decisions made based on TickerRisk outputs
• Data errors, omissions, or service interruptions
• Any loss of profits, revenue, or capital

You use this service entirely at your own risk.

4. No Guarantee of Results

A high or low risk score does not guarantee that a stock will or will not move significantly. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. The expected move and IV rank figures displayed are market-implied estimates, not predictions.

5. Subscriptions & Refunds

TickerRisk Pro is billed on a monthly, semi-annual, or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Upon cancellation, Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase at info@tickerrisk.com for a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to first-time purchases only.

TickerRisk reserves the right to refuse refunds for suspected abuse of this policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TickerRisk to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent usage limits
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to operate the service: your email address, name (optional), and usage data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store card details on our servers.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TickerRisk after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date of last update is shown below.
